Things like that make teaching primary worth everything!
I think if you can create a file on your hard drive you can just upload it like a picture. I'm not positive, though.
I always just take a picture of anything that I want to post. I've never tried a word file. Anyway, you wrote what she said down below, so even if it doesn't work, it's okay...
